I bought 2 pairs size 38 and 37.5, having previously had some La Sportiva Solutions size 38 (lost at Bowden Doors). The 37.5 were the best fit, so I returned the size 38 and have been refunded. The whole process from order to return and refund took from Wednesday to Monday and cost me £3.70 for the return postage. The service was fantastic, the shoes are fantastic, I managed most of a climbing session with the new shoes, finally succombing to the pain after about an hour. With the solutions, my first session lasted 5 minutes. As a sizing comparison with Scarpa, I have some Scarpa force size 41 which are now like flip flops, and some Vapour Vs which are size 39 and too small to keep on for more than about a minute. My feet are size 7-7.5UK.
